Resilience: New Documentary

  • South Regional Library 4505 South Alston Avenue Durham, NC, 27713 United States (map)

The South Regional Library in partnership with the Exchange Family Center and others will be hosting a viewing for the new documentary, RESILIENCE.

The new documentary reveals that toxic stress can trigger hormones in the human brain and thus, in the body of children. These hormones negatively affect children and increase their risk of serious disease, homelessness, imprisonment and even premature death.

There are several showings in September. Registration for the event is required.

To register, call (919) 684-8116 during regular business hours and remember to check the calendar for more upcoming shows!
